Cancellation Policy

To secure our commitment to your event, an initial deposit payment of 50% of the selected service or item is required. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit is received. We must receive the final payment no less than 14 days before your event. If you book within 14 days of the event, you must make a non-refundable full payment within 48 hours of booking. For last-minute bookings within 48 hours of your event, you must make a full non-refundable payment immediately upon booking. With a cancellation no less than 10 days before the event takes place, the client is entitled to a full refund of payment made. Cancellation between 5-10 days before the event takes place entitles the client to half of the payment made. Cancellation in less than 5 days before the event takes place results in full payment forfeiture.
